In my experience, whether you’re offering SSP, RRP, or both, a sustainable, fulfilling practice rests on three essential pillars:
👉 An advanced skill set with the protocol
👉 Ethical, connection-based marketing
👉 And a clear, confident nervous system that sends out the right signals
Sidenote: Even if you don’t offer SSP or RRP, I still love helping heart-centered practitioners build joyful, successful practices that they’re truly excited about. These principles apply to anyone doing deep healing work—and your nervous system is always part of what you offer.
Which of these pillars in your practice might need strengthening right now?
1. An Advanced Skill Set with SSP or RRP
Both protocols are simple in concept—but profoundly complex in practice. When you’re supporting sensitive or complex nervous systems, it’s not just about pushing play. It’s about how to titrate, how to spot likely complexity before you begin, and how to pivot when something unexpected arises.
A key piece of confidence-building for providers is knowing how to help the nervous system settle right away when something becomes challenging. In my Advanced SSP Training, I teach the Mini Reset—a quick, potent intervention that can immediately stop dysregulation in it's tracks. It’s most commonly used with SSP but can also be applied with RRP for providers who offer both modalities.
The impact? Clients very often see a burst of improvement instantly after using it, as clients’ systems settle and become more receptive. And just as importantly, you feel more confident, which helps you send out a clear and regulated message to your clients from the start.
We also explore ways to potentially influence which improvements might emerge first—giving you more tools to align the protocol with your clients’ goals and build even more trust in the process.
I also offer individual and group consultations where we can fine-tune your approach for the specific clients you’re working with, including ways to integrate SSP and RRP into your practice either separately or together, with confidence and care.
2. Connection-Based, Ethical Marketing
Let’s be honest—most providers didn’t get into this work because they love marketing. But when done ethically and in alignment with your values, marketing becomes something else entirely: an extension of your nervous system.
When your message is grounded and authentic, the right clients feel it. Nervous systems are listening, even through your website, emails, and social media. If you’re hesitant, unclear, or apologetic about your pricing, that uncertainty can ripple outward.
That’s why I created the Marketing Bootcamp for SSP & RRP Providers—to help you reach more of the right clients without feeling like you’re forcing anything. No inauthentic scripts. No pressure to become a social media influencer. Just clear, sustainable, connection-based strategies that help you build a practice that feels good to you and to your prospective clients.
3. Nervous System Congruence: Healing the Healer
The reality is: you are part of the protocol.
Your nervous system - its regulation, confidence, and clarity - shapes how clients experience the work. If something becomes challenging over the course of offering SSP and you become stressed, it sends a message. If you’re silently questioning your approach or your readiness, your clients often pick up on that too.
Sometimes these patterns come from unprocessed experiences or old internalized messages. I’ve seen providers shaken when a client reacts strongly - sometimes because they didn’t know what to do, but even more so because it triggered something deeper: fear of failure, past trauma, even childhood memories of being “too much” or “not enough.”
That’s why I now offer Brainspotting sessions for SSP and RRP providers. These sessions help you process the fears, grief, or stuck patterns that get in your way. That might include guilt around charging, fears of success, or overwhelm when someone becomes dysregulated in session.
Once those underlying issues shift, your whole energy changes. Your presence becomes more congruent. You stop sending mixed signals. You become more fully energetically aligned. And both your clients and your business respond in kind.
One of the best parts? We can often quite easily combine Brainspotting together with Consultation when relevant so that we strengthen two different pillars, at the same time.
Your Nervous System is Always Sending a Signal
The unspoken messages you send through your nervous system can quietly shape everything:• How many inquiries you receive• Whether clients follow through and book• How safe they feel once they begin• How effective the protocol becomes
When your nervous system is regulated, confident, and attuned to the work, clients feel that. When you’re unsure, stressed, or conflicted—even if you’re smiling on the outside—they feel that too.
That’s why the work is never just about learning the protocol. It’s about becoming the kind of practitioner whose nervous system is the invitation. And that’s what transforms a protocol into a powerful, life-changing experience for your clients.
If this resonates, you don’t have to figure it all out alone.
Whether you’re ready to grow your confidence, your skill set, or your visibility, I’d love to support you.
