Independent Listening Package (SSP or RRP)
This flexible option is designed for those who prefer to move through the Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP) or Rest & Restore Protocol (RRP) more independently - while still receiving expert guidance and compassionate support throughout the process.
We begin with an online session where I observe the start of listening (for ages 13 and up) to ensure everything feels safe, attuned, and appropriately paced for your unique nervous system.
For children under 13, I meet with a parent or caregiver to offer coaching and guidance on how to begin in a way that supports safety and success.
From there, you continue at your own rhythm, with me in your corner through regular email check-ins. I’ll help you track shifts, fine-tune pacing, and troubleshoot anything that arises—so you’re never navigating this alone.
Because co-regulation and safety matter deeply, even in an independent model, I encourage having someone you feel safe and comfortable with (a friend, partner, or family member) present during listening whenever possible.
This package is especially well-suited for those who want a more self-directed experience, while still being gently held by someone who deeply understands the nuances of working with sensitive, complex systems.
$1095 CDN (approx $798 US)
Includes one online session at the start of the process, regular email support and access to the Unyte app for up to one year to complete ONE round of SSP Core (plus SSP Connect and SSP Balance, if desired) or ongoing access to RRP
If more time is needed to complete the same round of SSP Core, the time can be extended for $200 CDN for an additional year.
If paying this in a lump sum is challenging, I do have payment plans available in either Canadian or American currency
Family Discounts
Additional family members are $600 CDN (approx $439 US) each
Subsequent Rounds
If you have done a first round of SSP Core or RRP with Carol Ann within the last two years, subsequent rounds are $600 CDN (approx $435 US)
Add Co-Regulated Listening Sessions Anytime
Additional co-regulated listening time can be booked in:
$200 CAD per 60-minute session
$100 CAD per 30-minute session
Use this time when you want deeper support, to add in Somatic Experiencing work, or when you simply feel your system would benefit from being accompanied while listening.
Experience both SSP & RRP
For an additional $800 CDN (approx $582 US) you can add in a second approach. In most cases this will be after the first process is completed but in some cases may be within the same timeframe.
