SSP or RRP Pricing

Covered under extended health plans that cover social workers in Ontario. Want more support? Add more online sessions - which may include Brainspotting or Somatic Experiencing - at my usual rate of $200 CAD/hour. If SSP or RRP are being offered *entirely* within ongoing therapy sessions with me present throughout listening, there is no additional charge for SSP or RRP beyond the therapy session cost itself.

SSP Independent Listening

  • $1095 CAD (approx $800 US)
  • *FAMILY DISCOUNTS* as we see the best SSP results in children when a parent does SSP first, or together with their child!
  • Additional family members are $685 CDN (approx $498 US).
  • Supervision of a pet's SSP process when working with a human is included for FREE!
  • What is included?
  • ONE online session at the start of the process is included for each family member.
  • Regular email check-ins, Monday - Friday, holidays excepted
  • Access to the app for up to one year to complete *ONE* round of SSP Core - the main SSP pathway. SSP Connect and SSP Balance also can be accessed during this timeframe, if desired, at no additional charge.
  • Additional time on the app if needed for more time to complete the *same* round of SSP Core is $200 CDN/approx $140 US per additional year.
  • Additional online sessions can be added on later if desired for $200 CDN (approx $145 US)for 60 mins, $120 CDN (approx $87 US) for 30 mins.
  • Additional sessions can be used for check ins, for additional support or coregulation, or for learning and practicing Somatic Experiencing (SE) orienting skills.

  • Save when accessing both RRP and SSP. RRP is likely to be the best place for most people to begin. In some cases we may try using RRP and SSP during the same timeframe.
  • $1095/approx $796 US charged at start of first approach, remainder charged when beginning the second approach.

  • What is included?
  • Two online sessions - one at the start of each approach
  • Regular email check ins, Monday - Friday, holidays excepted
  • Access to RRP for up to one year from the start of RRP listening.
  • Access to SSP for up to one year from the start of SSP listening to complete ONE round of SSP Core - the main SSP pathway. SSP Connect & SSP Balance may also be used, if desired, within the same year.
  • To go beyond the first year either to continue the same round of SSP Core or to continue to enjoy SSP Connect, SSP Balance, or RRP, there is an additional fee of $200 CDN (approx $145 US) for each approach, when committing to an additional year.
  • Additional online sessions if desired, are $200 CDN (approx $146 US) for 60 mins, $120 (approx $87 US) for 30 mins

  • Supervision of a pet's RRP process when working with a human for RRP is included at no additional charge!
  • What is included?
  • ONE online session at the start of the RRP process is included for each family member accessing RRP
  • Regular email check-ins, Monday - Friday, holidays excepted.
  • Access to the RRP app for up to one year. Many people may benefit from continuing with RRP following completion of the 5 hours of listening.
  • There is no additional charge to continue with RRP for the remainder of the year from when RRP was first started.
  • If choosing to continue to access RRP beyond the first year, the cost for staying on the app for RRP is $200 CDN (approx $146 US) per additional year.
  • Additional online sessions can be added on later if desired for $200 CDN (approx $145 US)for 60 mins, $120 CDN (approx $87 US) for 30 mins.
