Although it is completely fine and many find it to be quite wonderful to simply sit back and listen to SSP music, for other nervous systems, it  may feel more comfortable and even be more regulating to be doing something else at the same time

The video below describes some of the activities that we feel our okay and often wonderful to do SSP listening.

Generally speaking we try to avoid anything that is super engaging as we don’t want it to take too much of our focus away from actively listening to SSP music rather than just passively hearing it.
