Online ADHD & Neurodivergent Women's Group

Lead by a neurodivergent somatic experiencing therapist, meetings are friendly and casual with our focus being upon topics of interest while practicing nervous system settling skills.  

Experience the joy of being in connection with others who recognize and embrace neurodiversity and the many gifts and struggles that can accompany it.

Formal diagnosis not required.

Different possible topics decided weekly by the group often include common experiences such as ADHD paralysis, rejection sensitivity, injustice sensitivity, time blindness, concerns related to excecutive functioning and the many ways that can present, being multiply neurodiverse, and more.

We also may discuss and share different strategies that we find helpful, in relation to areas such as productivity, setting attainable goals, how to maintain excitement and interest when it begins to wane, letting go of neurotypical expectations, and more.

As well as together recognizing and embracing the many gifts that can accompany being neurodiverse.

Wednesdays 5:30-7pm ET

$60 CDN per session (approximately $45 US).  Covered under extended health plans that cover social workers in Ontario.
