Safe & Sound Protocol (SSP) Independent Listening

  • (approx $800 US)
  • *FAMILY DISCOUNTS* as we see the best SSP results in children when a parent does SSP first, or together with their child!
  • Additional family members are $650 CDN (approx $476 US).
  • Supervision of a pet's SSP process when working with a human is included at no additional charge!
  • ONE online session at the start of the process is included for each family member.
  • Email check-ins, Monday - Friday
  • For SSP access to the SSP app for up to one year to complete *ONE* round of SSP Core - the main SSP pathway - is included. SSP Connect and SSP Balance also can be accessed during this timeframe, if desired, at no additional charge.
  • Additional time on the app if needed for more time to complete the *same* round of SSP Core is $200 CDN/approx $140 US per additional year.
  • Additional online sessions can be added on later if desired for $200 CDN for 60 mins, $100 CDN for 30 mins.
  • Additional sessions can be used for check ins, for additional support or coregulation, or for learning and practicing Somatic Experiencing (SE) orienting skills.

  • Save when accessing both RRP and SSP. RRP is likely to be the best place for most people to begin. In some cases we may try using RRP and SSP during the same timeframe.

  • After helping with a pilot study for RRP this past summer, I am very enthusiastic about it! I have seen wonderful outcomes when doing RRP first before SSP - but also they can work wonderfully well, in tandem rather than sequentially.
  • Together we will figure out the best approach, geared to your own specific nervous system response.

  • This package includes:
  • Two online sessions for the first family member (ideally a parent) - one at the start of RRP listening, and another at the start of SSP listening.
  • One additional online session for each additional family member.
  • Access to RRP for up to one year from the start of RRP listening.
  • Access to SSP for up to one year from the start of SSP listening. Includes *one* round of SSP Core - the main SSP pathway. SSP Connect & SSP Balance may also be used, if desired, within the same year.
  • Some people may find benefit to continued access to SSP Connect & SSP Balance. Almost all will benefit from continued access to RRP.
  • To go beyond the first year either to continue the same round of SSP Core or to continue to enjoy SSP Connect, SSP Balance, or RRP, there is an additional fee of $50 CDN (approx $35 US), or $200 CDN (approx $140 US) when committing to an additional year.
  • Additional online sessions if desired, are $200 CDN (approx $140 US) for 60 mins, $100 (approx $70 US) for 30 mins
  • Subsequent SSP & RRP combo packages are $950 CDN (approx $660) when a first round of SSP Core was done with me previously, two years ago or less.

  • ONE online session at the start of the RRP process is included for each family member accessing RRP

  • Access to the RRP app for up to one year. Many people may benefit from continuing with RRP following completion of the 5 hours of listening.
  • There is no additional charge to continue with RRP for the remainder of the year from when RRP was first started.
  • If choosing to continue to access RRP beyond the first year, the cost for staying on the app for RRP is $50 CDN (approx $35 US) per month, or $200 CDN (approx $140 US) per additional year.
