iLs Focus Program

The Integrated Listening System (iLs) Focus Program is a gentle, neuroscience-informed intervention designed to support nervous system regulation, sensory processing, attention, emotional regulation, learning, and overall brain integration.

Unlike shorter-term interventions, iLs is typically a gradual process completed over many months. The program is designed to be used consistently and gently over time, allowing the nervous system to integrate changes at an individualized pace.

Initial Month: $400 CAD

The initial month includes:

  • intake and review of assessment tools

  • individualized program planning

  • one online consultation session

  • education regarding pacing and responses

  • onboarding and setup support

  • guidance regarding how to begin 

  • supervision and advice via email

Ongoing Monthly Support: $200 CAD/month

Includes continued access to your individualized iLs program along with ongoing support and guidance as needed.  

12-Month Guided Program: $1200 CAD

If choosing to commit up front to one year. Includes first month.

Most clients benefit from a longer-term option, as iLs is designed to support gradual nervous system and sensory integration over time.

Clients who begin monthly may convert to the annual option within the first 60 days by paying the remaining difference. Please enquire regarding conversion pricing after 60 days.

iLs Equipment & Activity Pack

Clients participating in the iLs Focus Program will require either an iLs Activity Pack purchased through Unyte Health or access to one of my limited physical iLs rental systems available within Canada.

Option 1: Purchase Your Own Activity Pack

Clients may purchase an iLs Activity Pack directly through Unyte Health for a one-time cost of approximately $299 USD. The activity pack is yours to keep and may also be resold privately if desired once you have completed the program.  Customs and duties will apply on activity packs to those residing outside of the US.

The activity pack includes:

  • amplifier

  • bone-conducting headphones

  • waist pack

  • balance board

  • 2 bean bags

  • racket ball

  • tethered tennis ball

  • headband

  • Playbook

  • manual

  • carry bag

For clients outside of Canada, customs and duties fees may also apply.

Option 2: Canadian iLs System Rentals

For clients located within Canada, I have a very limited number of physical iLs systems available for rental for a low monthly fee plus shipping.

Rental systems include everything needed to complete the iLs program.

Family Discounts

Additional family members participating concurrently receive 50% off program fees. Families may share the same activity pack or rental system, and onboarding/support often overlaps significantly.
