A popular option, this guided process allows clients to experience the Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP) or Rest & Restore Protocol (RRP) primarily from home after an initial online session together. Expert support and guidance is provided throughout the process, while allowing the flexibility to go at your own pace, on your own schedule. This option is ideal for those who feel ready to listen mostly independently- ideally with the co-regulation and support of a trusted loved one when possible. This flexible payment option allows clients to begin the Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP) or Rest & Restore Protocol (RRP) with the cost divided into two separate payments over 30 days. The process itself is identical to the standard guided option, including expert support, individualized pacing, and the flexibility to move through the process at a pace that feels right for your nervous system. Fully Co-Regulated SSP or RRP Listening Package

The Fully Co-Regulated Listening Package is designed for adults who would benefit from having Carol Ann present throughout listening sessions during the Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP) or Rest & Restore Protocol (RRP). This option offers real-time co-regulation, pacing guidance, and nervous system attunement throughout the listening process. Particularly well-suited for highly sensitive or complex nervous systems, this approach allows listening to be continuously adjusted moment-to-moment based on what your nervous system is communicating — with an emphasis on safety, flexibility, and going at a pace that feels manageable and supportive.
